The University of Arizona is pleased to offer the University community the option to use their CatCard for ATM access and to make PIN-debit purchases when linked to a Wells Fargo checking account. Wells Fargo also offers a full-service banking location inside the Student Union Memorial Center.
The Wells Fargo banking location in the Student Union offers the newest in online banking resources. Personal bankers are on hand to show you how their system works and to assist you with your banking needs. Two ATMs are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. The branch is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
You now have the option to enhance your CatCard by adding ATM/PIN-debit card functionality for greater access and convenience. It's your ID, access card, meal card, prepaid services card, and ATM/PIN-debit card - all in one.
Checking Account Options Available From Wells Fargo
The University of Arizona and Wells Fargo have teamed up to offer you optional added banking convenience with your linked CatCard. This program offers you choices – you can choose to open an account and you can choose to link that account to your CatCard for banking access. Both optional services are available for your convenience.
The Department of Education’s (ED) Cash Management regulations 34 CFR 668.164(d)(4)(i)(B)(2) (issued October 2015), require institutions participating in T2 (Campus Card) arrangements to list and identify the major features and commonly assessed fees as well as a URL for the terms and conditions of each financial account offered under the arrangement.

The University of Arizona receives financial support from Wells Fargo for services associated with the CatCard to help offset costs. Students, faculty and staff are not required to open an account with Wells Fargo to receive or use the CatCard for other campus services.

Wells Fargo uses information provided to us directly by our customers to identify students with a Wells Fargo Campus Card linked to their accounts.
Mean and median costs reported for this award year period reflect new benefits provided to eligible Campus Card linked accounts beginning in March 2019. These new benefits were available to eligible customers for four out of the twelve months of activity analyzed in the contract data for the most recent award year (7/1/2018-6/30/2019). As a result, the mean and median costs above do not show the effect of a full year of the new benefits.
